How Are Orders Shipped?
Once your order is placed on the website, your purchases will be prepared, packaged and dispatched for delivery. Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will be contacted via telephone or WhatsApp to notify you that your order is on the way to you.
When can I expect delivery?
Deliveries are carried out on Saturdays free of charge. However, deliveries can be carried out Monday through Friday by request at a cost of $5.
What are the current payment options?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D). or Credit Card Payments (Master Card/ Visa Card) on Delivery. Additional payments methods will be made available in the near future.
Can I Pay with a Cheque or Money Order?
No, we only accept the payment methods mentioned above.
Will I Get an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email after completing your order.
